To register your card goto www.slimmingworld.co.uk (or click on the picture)
This creates your 'Lifeline Online' account once you have registered then you can download the SW APP.
Please make sure I am saved as a contact in your phone 07887896660 as I also use WHATSAPP as a form of support too.
The next Step is to request to join my slimming word groups for support.
