Welcome to Slim with Jane

My aim is to inspire others to free themselves of the constant cycle of dieting and embrace a healthy lifestyle through my support network. Members benefit from feeling good about themselves and incorporating healthy eating into their lifestyle. Having lost 5 stones with Slimming World myself, been a consultant for 9 years and maintaining my target for nearly 10 years, I know the struggles that people go through on a daily basis. 

I believe that many of the issues we face around eating and weight loss are emotional and I work very much with people on mindset and change plans, until it becomes an easy way of life.

What to expect from groups

When you walk through the door as a new member you will be warmly welcomed so please don't worry. I will talk you through the plan for 30 minutes to get you all set for your 1st week and ready to start losing weight and feeling good. . Our groups are all about friendship, healthy living tips, sharing healthy recipes, fun and support.
